We’re excited to share an prospect for an existing vacancy as a Maintenance & Facilities Manager. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will bring solid leadership and management experience, with a focus on preventative maintenance, team development, and maintaining a safe and productive facility.
Daily Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all maintenance and facilities operations to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility reliability.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance (PM) programs to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, operational efficiency, and equipment performance.
Manage maintenance budgets, resources, contractors, and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.




Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and a culture of continuous improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory and/or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
Strong understanding of maintenance operations, preventative maintenance, and facility management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and maintenance planning.
Experience using SAP or other computerized maintenance management systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Previous experience managing maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility.
Experience with equipment reliability, facility upgrades, and maintenance project management.
Salary Range
$120,000
