We are currently seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team for the upcoming holiday season!

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you are the face of Calendar Club! You will deliver exceptional customer service, operate our point-of-sale (POS) system, keep the store visually appealing, and assist with processing inventory shipments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and share product knowledge to help shoppers find the perfect holiday gifts.
- POS & Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Assist with intake of shipments, unboxing,



and populating shelves according to visual guidelines.
- Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal on the sales floor and backroom.
- Asset Protection: Help maintain inventory accuracy and reduce loss through attentive customer service.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of retail, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
- Availability: Flexible availability during peak holiday shopping (evenings, weekends, Black Friday, Boxing Week).
- Communication: Friendly, approachable, and proactive communication skills.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift shipment boxes (up to 20 lbs).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating computerized POS terminals and digital systems.

* All employees will qualify for an end of season completion bonus

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
