Job Summary

Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 / Annual
Status: Full Time, Permanent

Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

· Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and safety.

· Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including CMMS.

· Support capital projects, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Monitor maintenance performance, compliance, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.

· Engineering or skilled trades background (433A/442A preferred); P.Eng., MMP, or PEMAC are assets.

· Experience with CMMS, asset reliability, and maintenance planning.

· Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
