We're Hiring! Front Desk Receptionist

Part-Time Position | Vancouver, BC

Vancouver Naturopathic Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our welcoming and collaborative healthcare team.

This is a part time position requiring regular Saturday shifts, with occasional additional coverage during staff holidays and sick leave.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication and multitasking skills, and thrives in a busy healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in naturopathic medicine, holistic health, and wellness, and is passionate about creating a positive and supportive patient experience.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting our clinic's commitment to individualized, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and patient inquiries
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process patient payments and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth clinic operations
- Communicate effectively with practitioners, staff, and patients
- Provide general information about the clinic's services and naturopathic approach to healthcare
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy clinic environment

Qualifications:

- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Jane App is a strong asset




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly, professional, and patient-centred approach
- A genuine interest in naturopathic medicine, holistic health, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Enthusiasm for learning about naturopathic treatments and the services offered at our clinic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is an asset
