Western Canada posting — Spruce Grove / Edmonton, Alberta. You sell by phone to customers all across Canada. This is a phone-sales role: no walk-in floor traffic and no cold prospecting. You will be supported by an $18M Canadian powersports group and a strong stream of leads, while you sell by phone, qualify customers, run finance applications and close deals across Canada. We deliver the entire purchase experience online, with real inventory and real people delivering service across the country.

First Nations Powersports is hiring three people now for a hybrid Sales & Finance role. If you can close on the phone, explain payments plainly and keep files clean so they fund fast, you can earn $60,000–$150,000.

This Is Important

There is no branch to hide in. When you take this seat, sales and F&I; are on you. There are no managers to protect you from customers, no floor traffic: you need to contact and book customers to make them commit.

Your Role

Sell and finance ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles and more from our Spruce Grove showroom.

Take and make high-volume calls — 50+ per day, plus 50+ texts.

When customers are ready to buy, you guide the sale and take ownership of the file.

You run finance applications, gather documents, and keep every file clean so it funds fast.

You present the finance and insurance (F&I;) products customers actually want and earn from every product sold.

You are supported by a constant flow of leads — there is no cold prospecting.

What You Need

DealerTrack and lender-portal experience: required for the Sales & Finance track, strongly preferred for the Apprenticeship track.

AMVIC licence: an Alberta AMVIC licence is required to sell in Alberta. If you do not have one yet, we will help you get licensed — you do not need to already hold it to apply.

A valid driver's licence.

Comfort with computers, CRM systems and high-volume phone work — 50+ calls and 50+ texts a day, plus follow-up and callbacks.

Proven closing and follow-up skills, and the drive to earn on commission. This is a performance role.

What Success Looks Like





Your files are clean the first time, with income and stipulations collected fast, so deals fund without delay.

Lender submissions go out on time and you follow up until every deal is funded.

Your monthly unit and income targets are met — 65 deals a month per team, not foot traffic, is the standard. Losing a customer, deal or opportunity by ignoring leads is not acceptable — the team does not tolerate it.

Your phone work is consistent: the daily call and text targets are met and you close your own deals.

You know how to leverage our in-store and phone sales reps to move a deal to finance and keep files clean.
