Schedule
Three shifts (Day/ Afternoon/ Graveyard), seven days a week
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for engaging and directing crews in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner while developing and maintaining effective relations with supervisors, management, and third parties.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation
Candidates should possess a minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent, supplemented with a certified Red Seal Trade.
Experience
Experience with materials handling equipment in an automated setting
Preferred candidates shall possess a minimum of five (5) years’ front line supervisory experience in a unionized, heavy industrial setting.
Skills
Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
Computer literacy

Strong commitment to safety, training, and environmental protection.
