You’ll own the numbers—revenue, gross margin, net profit and cash—while leading operations, finance/admin, and sales/marketing. The EOS framework guides weekly L10s, Scorecard, Rocks, and quarterly planning with the owner.
You’ll build the team, hire the right seats, and deliver the playbook for location two. You’ve run a business at ~$10M in revenue, managed P&L;, and coached teams.
