As a Partner Operations Manager, you will help drive the operational success and continued growth of a global channel and partner ecosystem.
You will oversee the execution and improvement of partner programs, processes, systems, and business initiatives.
Through reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring, you will provide actionable insights that support informed business decisions.
This role combines analytical thinking, program management, and operational excellence in a collaborative, rapid-moving technology environment. AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will support the operational management and continuous improvement of channel and ecosystem partner programs. You will coordinate initiatives across teams, monitor performance, and help build scalable processes that support business growth. Support the execution and ongoing management of channel and ecosystem partner programs. Produce recurring business insights, dashboards, and analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, Marketing, Compensation, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver partner initiatives. Monitor program performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and scalability. Manage partner-related projects from initial planning through execution and follow-up. Conduct root-cause analyses of business results and program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.



Help ensure consistent adoption of partner policies, processes, tools, and compliance requirements. Contribute to annual planning, program launches, and ongoing operational projects. Prepare ad hoc reports, analyses, and special project deliverables as needed. RequirementsThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with operational discipline and program management experience. You should be comfortable coordinating complex initiatives, working with multiple stakeholders, and translating business data into practical recommendations. Experience in partner operations, channel management, revenue operations, program management, or a related field. Familiarity with channel partners, ecosystem programs, and managed service providers. Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to coordinate activities from planning through execution. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and conduct root-cause analysis. Experience creating dashboards, business reports, and actionable performance insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
