The Manager, Project Controls supports Corporate Engineering & Reliability across a diverse portfolio of major capital projects. This position strengthens project execution through coaching, project controls, executive reporting, and Capital Playbook improvement. It supports projects from early development through execution and closeout, including capacity expansion, operational improvement, innovation, and business growth initiatives.

Post-secondary education in technology, business, or project managementFive-plus years in industrial project delivery or controlsExperience with planning, scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, and coordinationStrong scope, scheduling, cost management, and reporting knowledgeMicrosoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPointApply project controls, executive reporting, and planning expertise to major Maple Leaf Foods manufacturing investments.
