Lead DAVWIRE’s EWIS engineering team with manufacturing expertise and hands-on oversight in a full-time, permanent leadership role. Support quality, efficiency, and customer requirements across programs.
The Engineering Supervisor provides technical direction across aerospace and defence manufacturing. You will coordinate engineering resources, manage process development, maintain technical documentation, and support production. The role partners with Production, Quality, Program Management, Procurement, and customers to deliver compliant products and engineering outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead EWIS design and manufacturing engineering activitiesCoordinate workloads, resources, priorities, and project timelinesOversee engineering deliverables, risks, issues,



and program reportingChair change reviews and maintain configuration controlDrive process improvement, KPIs, and technical capability developmentRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringMinimum five years aerospace and defence manufacturing experienceThree years of leadership experienceExpertise in EWIS and electrical interconnect manufacturingCanadian citizenship or permanent residency requiredBring EWIS knowledge, engineering leadership, configuration control, and aerospace manufacturing experience to DAVWIRE’s full time team.
