Overview

The Experienced Grocery Store Setup & Operations Lead coordinates store readiness and daily operations, bringing together merchandising, sales, customer service, and organized execution. This hands-on role supports a welcoming, well-presented shopping environment and helps colleagues deliver consistent service.

Duties

- Lead store setup and daily workflows, coordinating priorities, schedules, and team responsibilities.
- Use schematics and visual design to arrange merchandise; support pricing, merchandising, and retail sales activities.
- Oversee POS operations, cashiering, and cash handling while maintaining accurate administrative records.
- Apply marketing materials and tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to support clear, consistent store presentation.

Qualifications

Required: Practical leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate setup, guide daily work, and support customer service. Strong time management and attention to detail help maintain accurate pricing, POS, cashiering, and cash-handling practices.
Preferred: Supervising experience and familiarity with retail sales, merchandising, store management, and administrative work are advantageous. Experience with schematics, marketing, visual design, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator can further support effective store presentation.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
