We are a Japanese restaurant located in NW Edmonton looking for full time and part-time Kitchen Staff and Sushi Cooks.
Sushi Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi rolls and other sushi menu items
- Prepare ingredients for sushi service
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Kitchen Staff Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and menu items
- Assist with cooking and food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or sushi experience is preferred
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Pay
- $17-$20/hour, depending on experience
- Tips in addition to hourly wage
