Our client, an established steel manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join its Montreal team. This position brings together customer service, order processing and shipment coordination, with regular collaboration across sales and production. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment and is comfortable working with technical information.

What You Will Do

- Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer, order and shipment information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with sales and production colleagues to meet customer needs.




- Coordinate shipments with customers, carriers and internal teams.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Communicate professionally in French and English with customers, suppliers and colleagues within and outside Quebec.
- Follow applicable safety procedures and collaborate with manufacturing and production personnel.

What You Bring

- Strong written and spoken French and English communication skills.
- Solid computer proficiency and basic mathematics skills.
- Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while providing responsive customer service.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Experience Considered an Asset
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the steel industry or working with technical products.
