We are hiring for the position of a full-time Physiotherapy Aide/Receptionist.

As an aide/receptionist you will work alongside assisting the Physiotherapist, as well as performing reception duties.

Duties include:

- Bringing back patients
- Making heat/ice packs
- Maintenance of rooms and equipment
- Doing laundry
- Booking appointments
- Sending visits off to insurance companies
- Taking payments
- Order supplies and tracking inventory

Requirements:

- Exceptional customer service
- Robust communication skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Professional and reliable
- Strong computer skills

This is a full time position, candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday with shifts from 7am-4pm. Flexibility to occasionally work a closing shift instead is an asset.

Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.
