Iron Fist Industrial Solutions Inc. is hiring a millwright to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other industrial facilities across the GTA. Jobs can range from diagnosing a conveyor breakdown to aligning machinery after an equipment move or completing preventive maintenance during a planned shutdown.

What you’ll do

- Install, assemble, align, and relocate industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Replace worn or damaged components such as bearings, shafts, couplings, and drive assemblies.
- Perform preventive maintenance and support planned shutdowns and breakdown calls.
- Read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals, document completed work, and flag issues to the site lead.
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and customer site safety requirements.

What we’re looking for





- Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification or equivalent Red Seal credential.
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, use precision measuring tools, and work independently or as part of a crew.
- Ability to travel to customer sites across the GTA.

Experience with rigging, machinery moves, welding or fabrication, and current Working at Heights training are assets.
