Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in construction estimating software, and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

- Proficient in using various computer software to complete tasks efficiently
- Interpret and analyze structural drawings and blueprints
- Identify and extract information relevant to the project scope (e.g., railings, fencing, bollards, catwalks, fire escapes)
- Present gathered information in a transparent and organized format for pricing by the sales team
- MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR NORTH YORK (Make daily commute to Keele and Lawrence area)
- MUST be available for day shifts Mon-Fri (40-44 hours per week)
- Utilize CAD software to create shop drawings, if applicable
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and estimates based on extracted information
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance work efficiency and qualityPlease only apply if you have a valid experience.
