We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Residential Manager for a well-maintained, professionally managed 100-suite apartment building in Southeast Red Deer.

Our building has an established community of long-term residents and a reputation for being well managed. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and takes pride in providing excellent tenant service while ensuring the property continues to operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily building operations and serve as the primary contact for residents.
- Show available suites, screen prospective tenants, and prepare and sign lease agreements.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and coordinate suite turnovers.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, oversee contractors, and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee cleaning, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and communicate regularly with head office.
- Respond promptly to building emergencies, including after-hours situations.

Qualifications





- Previous residential property management experience is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment.
- Experience with Yardi property management software is a definite asset.
- Must reside in office or nearby to ensure prompt emergency response.
