A busy, fast paced, boutique personal injury law firm, looking for a capable and hardworking associate lawyer.
Responsibilities
- Managing and carrying approximately 200 files, both tort and accident benefits
- Conducting examinations for discovery, attending motions, pre-trials, LAT case conferences and hearings
- Drafting pleadings, motion materials, mediation memos and LAT submissions
- Client and staff management
Experience
2-3 years of experience in personal injury, preferably on the plaintiff side.
Must have experience conducting examinations for discovery, drafting pleadings, drafting motion materials and dealing with accident benefits claims.
Trial experience while preferred is not required.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
