Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Tile Installers to join our install team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing tile and other related materials with precision and professionalism. The Installer will work closely with office staff and clients to ensure high-quality results that meet specifications and safety standards. The Candidate must be willing to install other flooring types if required. Some who can stay positive in a chaotic industry.

Duties

- Install tile and related accessories according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation procedures
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure materials accurately
- Perform tile laying, caulking, and related tasks as required for various projects
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion of materials
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly




- Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet client expectations and safety standards
- Able to work independently or in a group

Requirements

- Proven experience in tile laying, waterproofing and related work
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision workmanship
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site at different locations as needed
- Ability to get to and from worksites
- Willingness to learn new methods and technologies
- Occasional night and weekend work

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 48.0 per week
