Experienced Medical Office Assistant (MOA) for an urgent temporary assignment with a busy medical clinic in Chilliwack, BC. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and organized individual who can start as soon as possible and provide administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Manage patient registrations and updates.
- Process referrals, forms, and correspondence.
- Support physicians and clinic staff with administrative duties.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times.
- Perform general front-desk and medical office administration tasks.

Required Qualifications

✅ Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Certification is mandatory
✅ Previous Medical Office Assistant experience
✅ Experience using OSCAR EMR is required
✅ Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)



systems is required
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✅ Robust attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Professional and compassionate approach when dealing with patients

Schedule

- 2 -3 days per week
- Day shifts
- On-site in Chilliwack, BC
- Immediate start required
