Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose suitable products, and keep the sales floor organized and welcoming. You’ll use transparent communication and attentive service to build trust, answer questions, and contribute to a smooth, helpful visit.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, identify their needs, explain product features, and recommend relevant options, including technology products when appropriate.
- Demonstrate products, answer questions, and use thoughtful upselling to help customers make informed choices.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize stock and sales areas, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Skills

Required: Bring customer service, retail sales, sales, communication, time management, organizational skills, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS, and English skills to serve customers and complete transactions accurately. Preferred: Technology sales or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, merchandising knowledge, phone etiquette, upselling ability, and bilingual or multilingual communication can help you support a wider range of customer needs.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
