Are you passionate about delivering a memorable dining experience? We’re looking for a dedicated, upbeat, and organized Host/Hostess to be the face of our restaurant! As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome guests warmly, manage the seating process, and ensure a smooth and positive first impression.
- Manage guest waitlists, reservations, and seating arrangements, balancing guest preferences with table availability and server rotation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and online reservation inquiries through TOCK, providing accurate information and responding to guest requests.
- Communicate special requests, guest preferences, and reservation details to servers, management, and kitchen staff.
- Monitor the dining and waiting areas to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout service.
- Support daily restaurant operations, including guest departures, table resets, closing duties, and assisting other team members as needed.

What You Bring:

- 2–3 years of experience as a Host in a full-service restaurant.
- High school diploma required; hospitality education is an asset.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer proficiency; experience with TOCK and TouchBistro is an asset.




- Serving It Right required; Food Safe is an asset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have valid authorization to work in Canada.
