As an eDiscovery Client Services Manager, you will guide clients through workflow strategies, platform capabilities, and project updates. The role manages matters through the EDRM lifecycle while balancing budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality standards. You will coordinate workspace setup, data loading, processing, searches, batching, productions, and technical troubleshooting. Solid relationship management and documentation skills support consistent client satisfaction and successful delivery.
