Data Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of Vancity’s cloud-native data ecosystem as our data and analytics platforms migrate to Azure. You will define secure, scalable, and compliant data architectures using Azure Databricks, Spark, Unity Catalog, and Purview, with a solid focus on enterprise data governance. You will establish data standards, lineage, and metadata practices while designing reliable data pipelines and partnering across technical and business teams to embed consistent governance and architectural best practices.
Full-time, Permanent Director, Data Platform. Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
