About us
AI-Empowered Solutions helps small bookkeeping, accounting firms and other organizations save time by putting AI to work in their everyday workflows. We’re a small, growing business looking for a friendly, confident caller to help us start conversations with potential clients.
What you’ll do
- Call small bookkeeping and accounting firms from a lead list we provide
- Introduce AI-Empowered Solutions and book discovery calls with the firm owner
- Keep notes and update each lead’s status in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Follow a simple call guide, while sounding natural rather than scripted
- Share feedback on what you’re hearing from prospects so we can improve our approach
What we’re looking for
- Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, appointment setting or phone-based customer service
- A clear, confident phone manner and comfort hearing “no”
- Reliability:
you show up for the hours you commit to
- Good written notes and basic computer skills
- Bonus: familiarity with bookkeeping, accounting or small business, or experience with HubSpot or another CRM

Details
- Independent contractor role. You’ll invoice for hours worked and handle your own taxes.
- Fully remote. You’ll need a quiet workspace, reliable internet and a phone or headset.
- Versatile schedule within regular business hours (Alberta time)
