The Senior QA Analyst reports to the Quality Assurance Manager within Business Systems. You will enhance automation frameworks, test web and mobile applications, and investigate defects using SQL. The work includes risk-based planning, exploratory testing, and explicit communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Assess and enhance reusable automation frameworksDevelop automated API tests and validate data with SQLCreate risk-based test strategies and plansTrack defects and validate development fixesRecommend release readiness using evidence-based risk analysisRequirements:
Five-plus years of software quality assurance experienceAt least three years of hands-on test automationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAutomated testing experience across web and mobile applicationsStrong SQL, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBring senior QA automation expertise, API testing, SQL validation, and independent delivery to First Canadian’s Business Systems team.
