Key Responsibilities

Translate organizational priorities into plans, programs, resources, measures, and outcomesLead, coach, and develop the Endow Manitoba teamOversee governance, endowment, sustainability, and capacity-building initiativesAdvise foundations, boards, leaders,



and stakeholders on sector needsManage budgets, agreements, contracts, resources, and financial performanceRequirements:
Degree in business, public administration, management, or related disciplineEight or more years of progressive leadership experienceUnderstanding of foundations, endowments, philanthropy, and charitable trendsExperience leading strategic initiatives, partnerships, and capacity buildingStrong financial understanding and complex stakeholder management experienceLead Endow Manitoba through strategic planning, team development, financial stewardship, and partnerships supporting Manitoba community foundations.
