Job Summary

As a Store Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them explore suitable products, and keep the store organized and welcoming. You’ll contribute to sales through attentive service, clear product information, and thoughtful recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide helpful customer service in person and through inside sales.
- Demonstrate products, explain relevant features, and use upselling and negotiation skills to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math when completing sales.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and support marketing activities and account management as needed.

Skills

Required: Clear communication, English proficiency, organizational skills, basic math, POS operation, and accurate cashiering and cash handling support daily service and transactions. Preferred: Retail sales, outside sales, high-end sales, construction or renovation experience, product demos, SketchUp or CAD familiarity, multilingual abilities, marketing, account management, and additional sales or negotiation strengths can help you serve varied customer needs.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 12.0 per week
