Compensation: $17.95/hour + uncapped commission!

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Educate customers on financial products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop effective sales techniques and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Create positive customer experiences through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with customers and retail store personnel.
- Develop confidence in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
