A Cranbrook based, growing Company in the Forestry Sector working in the Southeast BC area and Alberta is looking for a full-time Senior Accountant reporting to the Chief Financial Officer with guidance from the office manager. The successful applicant will need to be adaptable, organized, detailed oriented and thrive in a challenging growth workplace. The successful applicant must have the ability to work with several related companies within the group.
Required skills/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years working in the accounting field in Forestry.
Proficient user of the MS Office, Word, Outlook and having a higher level of experience with the Excel program. Knowledge of Sage 50 is considered an asset.
We offer competitive compensation with a range of $30.00 to 35.00 hourly with Pension and benefit Plan for the successful applicant.
