About Sneek Create Media

Sneek Create Media is a Calgary-based real estate media company. We shoot listing photos, listing videos, drone and virtual tours, and on-camera content for realtors across the city. We're growing fast and need another shooter on the team.

The role

We're hiring a part time Video Shooter at $20/hour, with a bonus and pay increase after 3 months. No experience required — we train you on everything, starting with 1 month of shadowing on real shoots.

- Position: Video Shooter, part-time
- Location: Calgary, AB (on location at properties)
- Pay: $20/hour to start
- After 3 months: bonus + pay increase

What you'll do

- Shoot listing photos of houses, condos and other properties
- Film listing videos and walkthroughs of homes
- Film realtors on camera for listing intros and social media content
- Direct agents on camera so they look and sound confident
- Set up and handle gear on site: camera, lighting, gimbal and audio
- Keep shoots on schedule and represent Sneek Create Media professionally with clients
- Organize and hand off footage to our editing team after each shoot

Training

You'll spend your first month shadowing on real shoots, then start covering shoots on your own. We train you on everything:

- Real estate photography: composition, angles and HDR
- Listing video:



smooth walkthroughs and gimbal work
- Filming agents: framing, audio and directing people on camera
- Our workflow: shoot checklists, file handoff and client etiquette

Who we're looking for

- Good availability, including weekdays — shoots are booked around listing schedules
- Reliable transportation to get to properties across Calgary
- Comfortable talking to clients and directing people on camera
- Detail-oriented: clean rooms, straight lines and good light matter
- Interest in photography, videography or content creation (experience is a bonus, not required)
- Coachable and eager to learn fast

Pay and growth

- $20/hour starting rate
- Bonus after 3 months
- Pay increase after 3 months
- Paid training, including your month of shadowing
- Room to grow with the company as we take on more clients

Pay: $17.00-$19.35 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
