Job Summary

The Sprayer/Cabinet Technician prepares, finishes, and installs cabinet doors, drawers and hardware, supporting quality workmanship from shop preparation through installation. The role combines spraying and construction tasks, careful use of tools, and coordination with colleagues to complete projects accurately and safely. Responsibilities

- Prepare cabinet surfaces, apply N-Hance products and finishes, and inspect completed work for consistent coverage and quality.
- Install and assemble cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and relevant plans or schematics; measure and fit components carefully.
- Support carpentry, woodworking, caulking, prepping and cleaning tasks as project needs require.
- Maintain a clean workspace, van and especially customers’ kitchens.




- Use N-Hance equipment and information to guide preparation and communicate progress. Your impact: dependable, well-finished installations help project teams deliver spaces ready for use.

Experience

Required: Practical hand and power tool skills, careful assembly, and the ability to follow blueprints or schematics and handle physical construction tasks, including heavy lifting. Preferred: Cabinet installation, construction painting, spraying, carpentry, woodworking, CNC, manufacturing, restoration, or handyman experience; familiarity with related trades such as drywall, masonry, flooring, tile, roofing, siding, plumbing, or electrical work is an advantage.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
