Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Support merchandising, visual presentation standards, inventory management, and store housekeeping
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Lead by example through strong sales performance and professionalism
- Support daily store operations and help ensure company standards are consistently maintained
- Foster a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused environment

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, based on business needs
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry merchandise up to 25 lbs (11 kg), with or without accommodation

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.10 - $24.00 per hour (includes base hourly wage and commission earnings)





The posted pay range reflects the expected earnings for this position, including hourly wages and commission opportunities. Actual earnings may vary based on individual sales performance, hours worked, and other business factors.
