Operations Associate





Job Type : Full-Time
Base Salary : Negotiable based on experience
Bonus : Discretionary

Role Overview :
The Operations Associate supports daily logistics, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This role involves communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Receive and verify incoming shipments

- Pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner

- Process and confirm orders, invoices, and payments

- Maintain accurate inventory records

- Manage and order shipping supplies

- Collaborate with customer service on order-related issues

- Resolve inventory, delivery, and payment concerns

- Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization

- Support team activities with a proactive, positive attitude

Qualifications :

- Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

- Shipping or customer service experience (an asset)

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word
