Job Summary

The Store Manager - Full Time leads daily store operations, supports retail sales, and creates a welcoming customer experience. This role coordinates the team and keeps merchandising, purchasing, pricing, and administrative work organized.

Duties

- Supervise and develop team members through recruiting, interviewing, training, scheduling, and explicit communication.
- Oversee customer service, cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling; support sales goals and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate merchandising, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and budgets to support effective store performance.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and routine administration with accuracy, organization, and sound time management.

Qualifications

Required: Practical leadership, communication, organization, time management, basic math, and customer service capabilities support daily operations,



team supervision, sales, and accurate cash and administrative tasks. Preferred: Retail management or store management experience, including supervising experience, is valuable; recruiting, payroll, merchandising, POS, purchasing, budgeting, and sales management strengths are advantageous. Negotiation, bilingual or multilingual communication, and training and development experience can further support the team and customer experience.

Pay: $40,100.00-$45,100.00 per year

Experience:

- Subway: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
