Our client is a manufacturing organization that specializes in military grade communication and medical equipment. They are seeking Electromechanical Assemblers to join them on a long term basis.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
- Meet daily production targets and labor efficiency goals
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Route and connect wires, cables, and connectors
- Install hardware such as screws, brackets, spacers, and fasteners
- Ensure assemblies meet quality and safety requirements
- Record production data and complete required documentation




- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S practices
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or fast paced setting
