As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced, safety-minded Owner Operators to join our team. If you enjoy life on the road, take pride in your work, and are confident driving in mountain conditions, we'd love to hear from you.

Most of our drivers earn around $20-27K -per month. Those who earn $30-35K are the ones who:

- Stay in regular contact with dispatch (phone and email) - contact when picking load up, setting off, 3-4 hours out and on arrival. This lets dispatch find loads to keep your wheels turning.
- Run as much as their log will allow.
- Take short runs in amongst the long runs and take all loads that are offered
- Have trucks that are post 2020.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
- A minimum of 2 years of verified highway driving experience
- Mountain driving experience and confidence operating in varying terrain and weather conditions including snow
- A clean driver's abstract and strong commitment to safety
- A professional attitude, reliability, and robust work ethic




- The ability to work independently while being a positive member of the team
