The INN on Officers' Garden

Food and Beverage Focused General Manager with Hotel Experience required. This position is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies with a restaurant focus on profitability through sustained outlet covers leading to and with additional growth in events & catering, inclusive of revenues generated through the occupancy of the 13 guest rooms in the venue. Effective management of the team while supporting the hotel's overall business objectives will be imperative for both business and this individual’s personal success.

Degree or diploma in:

- Hospitality Management and/or
- Business Administration and/or
- Tourism Management and/or
- Finance

Minimum 3 to 5 years as:

- General Manager or
- Assistant General Manager or




- Director of Operations

2-3 years’ Experience

- Hotel Software
- Forecasting & Budgeting
- Problem solving, decision making, communication
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Understanding of P&L;
- Quality assurance Programs
- Health & Safety Regulations
- Property Maintenance
- Staffing & Scheduling
