DYC Properties is Now Hiring for Experienced Field Manager

DYC Properties is a growing company with a 20+ year history of offering top quality delivery of a diverse number of services.

Managing the overnight snow removal work for winter season (Nov 1 - April 15) Hands on Landscape construction work Spring to Fall. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Manager to supervise in field Foreman and their teams.

Ensuring that all activities align with project goals, safety standards, and quality expectations. As a pivotal team leader, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise field personnel, and collaborate closely with project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Finding efficiencies to ensure crews meet deadlines on each and every job.

Your expertise with blueprint reading, and schematics will drive efficiency and precision throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence projects while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Reports to Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise field teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of both snow and summer operations.
- Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify project specifications and adherence to design intent.
- Use of construction management software such as LMN and other industry tools to track progress,



budgets, and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist in construction estimating to maintain financial targets.
- Oversee performance, enforce safety protocols, and address any on-site issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and site management
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience with quality control procedures and safety regulations on active job sites
- Construction experience across various project types is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate among diverse teams and stakeholders
