Job Summary

Prepare and serve beverages and food while creating a welcoming, effective experience for customers. This paid Barista position combines customer service, food preparation, cashiering, and careful attention to food safety.

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, other beverages, and food items according to established recipes and safe food-handling practices.
- Welcome customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive service at the counter.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS where used, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Keep the service area clean and organized, coordinate orders with colleagues, and manage time during busy periods.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, time management, and careful cash handling support accurate orders, payments, and safe food preparation. Preferred: Barista experience, food industry or food service experience, serving, cashiering, familiarity with POS or Micros POS, and knowledge of food handling and food safety help you contribute confidently in a fast-paced service environment.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
