As Project Manager, you report to the General Manager and oversee emergency and restoration services. You manage high-risk and complex projects, maintain scopes and budgets, and coordinate customers, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and insurers. The position also supports revenue generation through business development and account management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee residential, commercial, industrial, and marine projectsReview estimates against Belfor standards and insurance requirementsCoordinate field duties, job starts, schedules, and appointmentsVerify permits, safety requirements, inspections,



and site protocolsReview invoices, submit billing, and support collectionsRequirements:
