General Manager Building Materials / Distribution On behalf of our client, a leader in garage door manufacturing and distribution, we are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a Saskatoon distribution center. This role will oversee daily operations, P&L; performance, customer service, sales growth, safety, inventory accuracy, and team development. Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and facility operations. Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost reduction. Manage the distribution center's P&L;, budgets, and key performance indicators. Build customer relationships and conduct proactive sales outreach. Recruit, coach, and lead warehouse, delivery, and office personnel. Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance. 5-7 years of warehouse or distribution management experience. Experience managing budgets, P&L; statements, and logistics operations. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using KPIs and data to drive decisions.
