As Manager, HIS Applications, you will provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership for assigned Epic applications. You will oversee support, lifecycle management, change practices, and operational processes. The position leads approximately 15 to 20 staff while coordinating priorities with clinical, non-clinical, and information services leaders.

Bachelor’s degree in health, administration, computer science, business, or related fieldFive years’ leadership and project management experience in Canadian health careFive years’ modernized HIS experience at EMRAM Stage 6 or higherEpic certification and Project Management Qualified certification are assetsChange management, stakeholder, communication, and negotiation skillsBring Epic applications leadership, healthcare technology experience, and operational expertise to William Osler Health System’s information services team.
