The Maintenance Worker helps keep facilities, equipment, and shared spaces safe, clean, and in good working order. This hands-on role involves routine upkeep, responding to maintenance needs, and supporting a dependable environment for the people who use the space.

Responsibilities

- Inspect facilities and equipment, identify maintenance needs, and report issues that require further attention.
- Complete routine repairs and upkeep, such as replacing worn components, addressing minor damage, and maintaining clean work areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks appropriately, and communicate progress to relevant colleagues.
- Keep tools and supplies organized, follow safe work practices, and document completed work and outstanding issues.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
