Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Chinese Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, building robust relationships, and expanding our client base through effective sales and marketing strategies. The position involves engaging with prospects through various channels, including outside sales, telemarketing, and retail interactions, ensuring comprehensive coverage options meet client needs.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business by actively engaging in outside sales efforts and community outreach with a focus on Commercial Insurance
- Assist clients in understanding different insurance products and coverage options
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Assisting clients with their requests
- Closing sales for Auto, Home, Commercial and Life and Critical Illness insurance




- Generating leads through exceptional telephone skills

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly both in English and Chinese
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships
- Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
- Analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences

Pay: $35,200.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

- excellent English and Chinese (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OTL/RIBO exam. LLQP a plus (preferred)
