The Action Group is a non-profit organization that provides a range of services to adults and children with developmental disabilities throughout Central Alberta in communities such as Red Deer, Lacombe and Blackfalds.

We are currently seeking staff who can work alternating weekends as Community Disability Support Workers (CDSW) and Community Disability Support Practitioners (CDSP) to support our clients in residential settings.

Qualifications

- Confident ability to provide supports to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Comfortable with providing personal care
- Creative, patient and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work closely with others as part of a successful team

Requirements at hire

- Driver’s license,



valid insurance and reliable vehicle
- High School Diploma
- Successful candidates must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Emergency Level C First Aid (within 90 days of hire)

- Wages $21.29-$23.00 per hour
