The Spa Manager will be responsible for:

- Directing and controlling daily operations
- Evaluating daily operations
- Planning and organizing daily operations
- Establishing or implementing policies and procedures for staff
- Planning and controlling budgets and inventory
- Managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hiring, training and supervising staff
- Addressing customers' complaints or concerns
- Supervising a team of approximately 11–15 employees

Requirements

Language: English

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Conditions

This is an on-site position. Pay: $37.00-$37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
