As Director, Operations & Distribution, you will own fulfillment, systems, logistics economics, and external relationships. Your scope includes 3PL and warehouse networks, freight, cross-border operations, inventory flow, returns, data integrity, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own distribution and fulfillment strategy across ecommerce, retail, and wholesaleLead freight, parcel, transportation, and cross-border logistics strategyManage inventory movement, returns, and fulfillment cost performanceOversee systems, integrations, data integrity, uptime, and incidentsLead peak planning, dashboards,



root-cause analysis, and corrective actionsRequirements:
Senior leadership ownership of operations and distribution performanceExperience managing 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, and logistics vendorsAbility to negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial termsKnowledge of NetSuite, Shopify, EDI, WMS, POS, and carriersAbility to lead IT, Logistics & Fulfillment teamsOwn Vessi’s integrated operations platform through logistics leadership, systems accountability, cost control, and reliable fulfillment execution.
