Lead financial planning, forecasting, and control activities for a respected manufacturer serving North America from Mississauga and Woodstock.
The Controller oversees financial analysis, business planning, treasury, cash flow, month end closing, audits, SOX, and assigned projects. This senior accounting position supports both the Mississauga head office and Woodstock Assembly Plant. The scope includes manufacturing finance, product costing, inventory, intercompany transactions, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare business plans, profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow projectionsManage month end closing, statements, and variance analysisMonitor capital investment, expenditures, purchases, and budgetsLead external audits,



SOX activities, and audit action plansManage and develop an effective six member accounting teamRequirements:
Seven years of applicable senior or supervisory accounting experienceFour years of manufacturing experience preferredERP knowledge;
SAP is a plusStrong Excel and Access skillsKnowledge of effective accounting control systemsApply manufacturing accounting leadership across forecasting, controls, audits, costing, cash flow, and team development responsibilities.
