EBC Inc. is seeking a Senior Design Manager to guide one high-profile ICI project from early design development through completion. This senior leader will connect consultants, construction partners, clients, owner representatives, and consortium stakeholders. Success depends on contract knowledge, technical document review, and proactive resolution of interface issues.

Key Responsibilities

Act as central design authority throughout project executionCoordinate architectural and engineering consultants for contract-compliant deliveryOversee design approvals, reviews, revisions, and schedule alignmentIdentify scope gaps, interface issues, conflicts,



and technical risksMaintain design intent through changes, shop drawings, and RFIsRequirements:
10+ years of large-scale ICI design delivery experienceDemonstrated Design-Build, P3, or Progressive Design-Build experienceExperience with healthcare, institutional, commercial, or infrastructure facilitiesUnderstanding of building systems, codes, and phased constructionAbility to balance technical, commercial, and operational prioritiesUse Design-Build expertise, stakeholder leadership, and technical judgment to coordinate successful design delivery for EBC’s complex project.
